Among other things, you will learn:
Nutrition for plant-based diets – avoiding deficiencies and optimizing health
Protein sources, amino acids, and energy balance without animal products
Supplements – what is needed, for whom, and why
Common diets (e.g., raw food, whole food plant-based, lacto-vegetarian)
Meal planning for different target groups (athletes, pregnant women, children, etc.)
Communication and coaching without pointing fingers
