General Terms and Conditions for 21st Century Personal Training School and Course Packages.

REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION

Registration for our personal training and nutrition counseling courses is binding. By registering, you agree to these terms and conditions. The courses are aimed at those who want to develop their skills in training, health, and coaching, regardless of previous experience.

We reserve the right to refuse participation in special circumstances. Age limits and other prerequisites may apply depending on the structure of the course.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Payment is made according to the selected payment plan. We offer several flexible options to make it easy to invest in your future. In the event of late cancellation or non-payment, fees will be charged in accordance with standard procedures.

The registration fee is non-refundable. In case of illness or special circumstances, a place may be postponed by agreement.

CERTIFICATE & LICENSE

After successful completion of the training, a license or diploma is issued depending on the program. The requirements for approval vary between programs and often include both practical and theoretical components.

Participating in the training program does not guarantee that you will receive a license—commitment and attendance are required to make it all the way.

CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE

We reserve the right to adjust dates, times, course content, and lecturers as necessary. In the event of circumstances beyond our control—such as illness, extreme weather conditions, or technical problems—the training may be moved or adapted. We always do our best to find solutions.

WELL-BEING & RESPECT

We want to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, motivated, and safe. We expect respectful behavior between participants and trainers. In the event of serious violations, we may terminate a training place without refund.

Responsibility

You are responsible for absorbing the content of the training and actively participating in the elements required to pass. Completing the training does not automatically mean that you will be licensed—commitment is required.

Changes to the program

We reserve the right to adjust content, dates, times, or speakers if necessary to maintain the highest possible quality. Such changes are always made with the participant's best interests in mind.

Protection of materials

All material provided during the training is protected by copyright and may not be shared, distributed, or used for other purposes without written permission.

Processing of personal data

We handle your information with respect and in accordance with the GDPR. The information you provide when registering is used to administer the training and communicate with you.
