When will I receive my course materials?

You will receive your course materials once we have received your booking and payment.

How should I pay for the course or workshop?

Once you have chosen your course, dates, and training program, we will send an invoice to your email address with all the information you need to pay via bank transfer.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in installments over 6 or 12 months . Contact us for more information.

General Questions

Do you need a PT and nutrition license to work at a gym?

Yes, you not only need a PT and nutrition license to work at a gym, but you also need licenses to rent space at a gym and to run your own business as a legitimate and professional personal trainer.

What happens if I fail a test?

If you fail part of the exam, you only need to retake that part, and we do not charge any fees for retakes.

Do I have to attend all modules and all days?

Yes, you do. It is mandatory to attend all modules and days.

If I get sick and can't attend a day or module, what happens?

If you miss a certain part of the course or day, you will be invited back when we run the next course to complete that part or day at no extra cost.

How much can a skilled PT who works full-time earn per month?

A skilled personal trainer can earn an average of 45,000-60,000 per month as an employee (100-120 hours per month), but as a self-employed person, a skilled personal trainer can earn 80,000-100,000 per month for the same amount of time.

If you are employed, can you work for two different gym chains?

No, if you are employed by NW, you cannot be employed by another gym chain (this is called a non-competition clause).

Which do you think is best to start with, employment or self-employment?

Both options have their pros and cons, and we will discuss these issues during the training. But my short answer is that if you follow my advice during and after the course, you should choose to become self-employed.
