Women's health has become an increasingly important area of research in recent years. To meet this growing demand, we have created a personal trainer training program that not only gives you the basics for working as a PT in health and fitness, but also cutting-edge knowledge to support women in different stages of life.

You will gain the tools and knowledge to help women before, during, and after pregnancy, during menopause, and with issues related to self-defense. This training will give you the confidence to meet women's physical and mental needs—with evidence-based knowledge, practical tools, and support from leading experts.

What you will learn:

  • Exercise before, during, and after pregnancy

  • How hormonal changes affect exercise and health

  • Customized training during menopause

  • Self-defense and safety in everyday situations

  • Theoretical and practical guidance from experienced specialists

Course instructor:

  • Gianluca Tognon – Doctor of Nutrition with expertise in women's health and nutrition

  • David Samuyiwa – Over 35 years of experience in training and has coached over 500 women in pregnancy training

  • Rafael Macedo – Self-defense instructor with 25 years of experience teaching self-defense techniques

This is the perfect continuing education program for personal trainers who want to work more specifically with women's health. With knowledge tailored to the demands and needs of the 21st century, you will become a confident and competent trainer for all women—regardless of their life situation.
