Terms and Conditions for 21st Century Personal Training School

General Terms and Conditions for 21st Century Personal Training School and Course Packages.

REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION

Registration for our personal training and nutrition advisor courses is binding. By registering, you agree to these terms. The courses are intended for those who want to develop within training, health, and coaching – regardless of prior experience.

We reserve the right to deny participation under certain circumstances. Age limits and other prerequisites may apply depending on the course setup.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Payment is made according to the selected payment plan. We offer several flexible options to make it easy to invest in your future. Late cancellations or missed payments may incur fees according to standard procedures.

The registration fee is non-refundable. In case of illness or special circumstances, a spot may be postponed upon agreement.

CERTIFICATES & LICENSES

After successful completion of the course, a license or diploma is issued depending on the program. Requirements for approval vary between courses and often include both practical and theoretical components.

Participation in the course does not guarantee a licensed certificate – commitment and attendance are required to succeed.

CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE

We reserve the right to adjust dates, times, course content, and lecturers as needed. In cases beyond our control – such as illness, extreme weather conditions, or technical problems – the course may be postponed or adapted. We always strive to find solutions.

WELL-BEING & RESPECT

We want to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, motivated, and safe. We expect respectful behavior between participants and instructors. In case of serious violations, we may terminate participation without refund.

RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for absorbing the course content and actively participating in the required components to pass. Completing the course does not automatically mean you become licensed – commitment is necessary.

CHANGES TO THE COURSE

We reserve the right to adjust content, dates, times, or instructors if needed to maintain the highest quality. Such changes are always made with the participant’s best interest in mind.

All materials provided during the course are protected by copyright and may not be shared, distributed, or used for other purposes without written permission.
