I have worked in motivation, inspiration, leadership, teaching, entrepreneurship, coaching, counseling, and psychology for over 35 years. My BA Hons degree gave me valuable knowledge in areas such as psychology, mental training, leadership, history, politics, sports psychology, coaching, child behavior, business, entrepreneurship, philosophy, literature, management, mindfulness, cognitive therapy, counseling, and physical training.
I speak three languages, with English as my native language. I have good proficiency in Swedish and Spanish, both spoken and written. In the fall of 2015, I earned a master’s degree in leadership and personal development. When I’m not working, I spend a lot of time with my family, who live in Gothenburg. I have three children and a partner.
People often ask me where my journey began. Back in 1984, during my school years, I had an influential sports teacher named Franck Dick who recognized my leadership skills and asked me to be the captain of the school football team. I was 12 years old then and felt very privileged to take on that responsibility. My self-confidence grew, and I became increasingly comfortable leading others. My learning and curiosity started early, and as I’ve grown older and wiser, I realize I’m still learning every day.
I quickly gained strong self-confidence and grew into my role leading others. My learning and thirst for knowledge began at a young age, and since then, I can only say one thing — I’m still learning every day.
I have trained over 6,000 people, motivated and inspired thousands, and I still feel the same passion for my work. Over my career in various roles, I have accumulated more than 80,000 hours of practical experience as a leader, coach, mentor, motivational speaker, teacher, and counselor.
