Workshop – Plant-based diet

We live in a time of change, with more and more people choosing a vegetarian or vegan diet. This development is driven not only by growing environmental awareness and ethical considerations, but also by a strong desire to improve personal health. Extensive research has shown that a well-planned plant-based diet can offer profound health benefits, but an unplanned transition, often based on myths and incomplete information, can lead to nutritional deficiencies and undermine health.

This workshop is designed to provide you, as a trainer, nutritionist, or health coach, with the scientific and practical tools you need to confidently guide your clients.

We will go beyond the superficial headlines and dive deep into nutritional physiology. You will learn to analyze and design nutritionally complete meal plans, identify and prevent potential deficiencies, and tailor strategies for specific goals—whether your client is an elite athlete chasing performance, a parent of young children who wants more energy, or an older adult who wants to maintain strength and vitality.

The goal is for you to be able to transform complex science into practical, client-centered coaching that creates sustainable and health-promoting lifestyles.
