Welcome to the Workshop on Children's and Junior Training

The expert team of consultants and instructors at 21st Century PT Schools has recognized the need to develop a workshop that provides existing personal trainers and coaches with the tools necessary to deliver effective and appropriate training to children aged 6–16 in the areas of nutrition, strength training, and mental training.

It’s no secret that behavioral patterns formed in childhood are difficult to break once one has reached full adulthood. That’s why it’s vital to establish good habits from an early age, especially since childhood obesity, eating disorders, lack of exercise, and mental health issues have been on the rise across Europe among this age group.
