How many squats can you do?

  • Stand in front of a bench or chair with your back facing the chair/bench and your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Crouch down until your buttocks touch the chair/bench and stand up again.
  • A suitable chair/bench allows your knees to maintain a 90-degree angle when you are seated.
  • Repeat the movement until you are exhausted.
