    How much has your client exercised in the past?
  3. Time Commitment
    How many hours or sessions per week does the client want to spend on training?
  4. Other activities
    Does your client engage in any other physical activities?
  5. Posture and Muscle Balance
    What is your client’s posture like?
    Is the front or back stronger?
    Is the left or right side stronger?
  6. Injuries and illnesses
    Does your client have any injuries or illnesses?
    Is your client taking any medication that you need to know about?
