Oils
Avoid oils that come in plastic containers and are not cold-pressed:

- Corn oil
- Sunflower oil
- Soybean oil
Instead, buy:
- Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
- Cold-pressed rapeseed oil
Dealing with grease
- Saturated fat is the most heat-resistant
- Polyunsaturated fats are the least heat-stable
- Buy cold-pressed oils and raw nuts
- Frying is best done in oil with a low content of polyunsaturated fatty acids
- Protect the oil from temperatures below 120 degrees
- Fry in butter or coconut oil if you're not sure
