- Very light activity – working at a computer for most of the day or sitting.
- Light – light industrial work, sales, or office work, involving standing and some walking.
- Light – cleaning, kitchen work, delivering mail on foot or by bike.
- Heavy – heavy industrial work, construction work, or farm work.
Describe your physical activity during your free time. If your activities vary significantly between summer and winter, try to give an average.
Select the option that applies:
- Very easy – almost no physical activity at all.
- Light – walking, gentle cycling, or gardening about twice a week.
- Moderate – regular physical activity at least twice a week, such as brisk walking, cycling, gardening, or walking to work for 30–60 minutes a day.
- Active – regular physical activity more than twice a week, such as intense cycling or sports activities.
- Very active – for example, elite sports, exercising 5–7 days a week, 1 hour a day.
